Q: How can I order?

A: Simply click “Add to Cart” and then “Proceed to Checkout” where you will be taken to the information page. There you enter your billing information such as name, email, address, country and phone number. If your shipping address is different, or if you want to gift the product to someone else, you can click the check box titled “Is your shipping address different?” Click and enter the other person’s information.

Then choose your standard shipping option, add your card details and click the “Place Order” button.

Q: What is the expected delivery time for my order? / How long it takes to ship my order?

A: We strive to process your order within 1-3 business days after you place your order. All international orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx, or USPS depending on the package. Typically, your package should be delivered to you within 7-12 days after leaving our warehouse. This may vary depending on the Customs process in the destination country and courier service processing.

Q: Where are we based?

A: We are based in the USA and have our warehouse worldwide. We have warehouses in different parts of the world, you will place your order depending on the nearest warehouse or availability because we already run out of stock from many warehouses.

Q: What if I have ordered and you are out of stock?

A: If you don’t land on the information page, it means we’re sold out. If you can reach the information page, it means we still have stock. We encourage you to be an early bird.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

A: YES! We offer free shipping. It depends on the current promotion or special events. Also, we give free products to those who subscribe to our email list, especially to those whose birthday is coming up :). You’ll always save extra bucks when you buy a set of 2 because, as we all know, extra is always great

Q: What if I entered the wrong information and want to change it?

A: If you entered the wrong shipping address or email and the order was placed, don’t worry. You can email us at [email protected] and our representative will get back to you as soon as possible. Please do this as soon as possible, because once the order is dispatched and you have entered the wrong address, there is unfortunately nothing more we can do. However, in case of an incorrect email, you can always change the email address to stay up to date.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: This is the hard part for us 🙁 If you want to cancel your order, please do so asap within 24 hours. Because if the conditions are favorable, your order will be shipped within 24 hours and handed over to the courier. Please contact [email protected].
